Accident/Incident Investigation

Our aim is to assist you in reducing the likelihood

of accidents. However, should an accident occur we can assist with:

 

 

· Liaison with the enforcing authority, (this service can also be used         in the event of disputes or threats of action by the Health & Safety         Executive or Environmental Health Officers)

 

· Creating a plan of action to minimise the risk of further incidents

 

· A detailed investigation to establish the cause

 

· Provide a comprehensive report to include drawings and photographs
